Rita Sawtell

Based in Cape Town, South Africa, we provide services individually tailored to your personal need. With over 18 years of experience, my team and I will offer management and care of your property to the highest standards.

Placement of accommodation on platforms and professional creation of marketing materials.

Check-In

Personally welcome your guests and apprise them of the features of your property.

Check-Out

Guests are checked out personally and an inspection of the property is carried out on their departure

Property Management

Any issues arising in your property will be taken care of.  You won’t have to worry about anything.

General Maintainance

We handle all repairs and renovations to your property. We have a team of service providers at our disposal.

Housekeeping

One of our core competencies is housekeeping services. Our trained staff can take over almost all household tasks.
